The Nehemiah Work Team is a group of church volunteers that come together to build handicap access for those in need in the McCormick area. It often includes building handicap ramps and railings, reconditioning porches or entranceways, as well as installing handicapped safety items in bathrooms.

 

The materials are paid for by a state organization, who sends projects our way, and most projects are completed in a single morning.

Skill levels of the volunteers range from novice to experienced builder, and all tools are always available onsite.
